Introduction

Daniel Ludevig, the visionary founder of MOVE Leadership, approached us to spearhead the development of a stress management course tailored for organizational leaders. With a rich background in powerful questioning, deep listening, and systemic thinking, Daniel envisioned a course that seamlessly integrated breathing techniques and impactful questioning prompts. Operating in both English and German, his consultancy, established in 2010, focuses on guiding clients toward significant shifts in mindset and behavior, ultimately enhancing decision-making, well-being, creativity, presence, and overall impact.

Background

In our collaboration with Daniel, we undertook the challenge of crafting a course that not only met his high standards but also resonated with his unique transformative approach. Our task encompassed everything from defining the visual style to implementing VFX and storytelling aspects in the edit, bringing Daniel's transformative vision to life.

Incremental Approach

Recognizing the complexity of the project, we adopted a strategic three-phase approach.

• Phase 01: Picture Lock Establishment and Storytelling

  • Prioritizing the foundation of the visual edit, we focused on achieving a picture lock. A key accomplishment during this phase was refining the storytelling aspect. Multiple script iterations were undertaken to ensure a seamless flow throughout the video.

• Phase 02: Visual Effects, Motion Graphics & Sound Designing

  • This phase delved into the intricacies of Motion Graphics, Visual Effects (Animations), and Sound Designing. The meticulous execution of character animations, shape animations, text animations, and various sound effects was crucial to maintaining viewer engagement. Daniel's active involvement and insightful feedback were instrumental in realizing his vision.

• Phase 03: Exporting Multimedia Formats

  • The seemingly simple step of exporting became crucial as we tailored the content to various case scenarios presented by Daniel. Our meticulous approach included exporting in Prores, H.264 & H.265 formats, as well as in different resolutions like 1080p, 2K & 4K. For promotional videos designed for ads, we adapted to various aspect ratios such as 16:9, 9:16, 4:5 & 1:1.

Upon project completion, Daniel expressed immense satisfaction with the final output. The course not only met but exceeded his expectations, effectively aligning with his transformative vision for MOVE Leadership.
